We have six CrossFit Certified Level I trainers, two are Gymnastics Certified and two are Movement & Mobility Certified. All are in love with CrossFit in an obsessed-stalker-ish kind of way.
- We’ll never just “throw you in and leave you alone.” We all need to learn the basics. We start you with fundamentals and work with you into the classes to make sure you are developing your CrossFit.
- Our goal is your empowerment. We call ourselves coaches and teachers. We show you what we know and we teach you what to see and feel in each movement. We drill the points of performance. We invest in our CrossFit education so that we can pass it on to you.

Our goal is to forge a fit community. We are all shapes, sizes and ages. We take pride in working out with all sorts – business execs, grandmothers, police officers, fire fighters, stay-at-home moms, teenagers, Olympians, former high school and collegiate athletes.
